  Does your Church,
Organization, or Small Business
need a web site
designed or updated?

   Examples of sites I have designed:

 

  What I will do in a web site redesign and update: 

  1.       Design a new template to be used by all pages on the web site.  This template will include a header with the church, organization, or business name and links bar, a side bar with contact information, a body for page content, and a footer with copyright information. 

  2.       Redesign the current pages on the web using the new template. Content for these pages will come from the current web site and from information provided by the church, organization, or business. 

  3.       New pages will be added with information provided by the church, organization, or business.  These new pages could include Sunday bulletins, newsletters, event flyers, pictures, etc.. 

Printed documents and pictures can be mailed to me, but computer files of those documents and pictures are quicker and easier to use. Computer files accepted include Microsoft Word or Word Perfect documents, Microsoft Publisher files, and jpg picture files. Computer files can be sent by email or placed on a cd and mailed.

  4.      Web pages will be uploaded to your web hosting service. (Note below about hosting service.)

  5.       All design and update work done will be charged by the hour.  A monthly invoice, in Adobe .pdf format, will be emailed reflecting the task done, hours worked, and the total amount due.  Payment is due two weeks after invoice date. 

Note that the initial design/redesign will take some time and thus expect a larger initial payment invoice.  The subsequent updates will be less time consuming and thus a smaller amount invoiced.

 

   What can I do about hosting a web site: 

  If you do not currently have a web site, I can set you up. I will use a hosting service company that will provide the space on a web server. I can also register your domain name. The annual fees from the hosting service and domain registration will be invoiced just like design services.

  “Web Design by Max” is a part of MDH Ministries.  I am an ordained Southern Baptist minister having served my Lord Jesus since 1976.  I have been working on web sites since 1997.
